Last February we took a break from writing about the Met, pollution, the cost-of-living crisis and gentrification, to compile an entire issue of positive and upbeat stories.

Here we are, a whole year on, and because most of those things have actually got worse, we thought we’d put together another ‘good news issue’ (after all, if it’s good enough for David Byrne…).

So, here’s a weird mix of stories; some of which are about local communities doing brilliant thing to make London a better place to be, and some of which are just the equivalent of us doing this for a few hundred words:
